Current Contracts of Services for Youth​

To assist youth with their transition out of the Valley Oak Youth Academy (VOYA) into a Less-Restrictive Placement (LRP) or re-entry, please use the attached VOYA Transitional Assistance Fund Request Form and submit to the provided email address with a detailed explanation of the intended request for funds and/or items. Once received, the request will be reviewed based on eligibility, resource eligibility, program, and fiscal guidelines. Please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be reviewed. You may be contacted if further information is needed to explain the nature of the request.​
